How the Program Works:
During a ConnectedSolutions event, your battery may discharge a portion of stored energy to help stabilize the grid when electricity demand is at its highest.
These events typically occur on hot summer afternoons, when the grid is under stress.
Your Sol-Ark system participates automatically without requiring any action from you.
Key details:
Enroll using the MySolArk web or mobile app.
You must be a Rhode Island Energy customer located in Rhode Island.
Customers in the C-06 rate class may participate in either the Residential and Small Business (RSB) or C&I track, but they may not participate in both tracks at the same time or switch to a different track midseason.
Customers in the Pascoag Utility District and the Block Island Power Company service territory are not able to participate
